Your details and photos
Marley Remedial Services uses your contact details, address, job description and optional photos to review your request, prepare a quote and contact you about the work. When online requests are switched on, they are stored privately in the business's own Google Drive and Google Sheets, visible only to the owner, and never shared publicly. Until then this form is preview-only and nothing is uploaded, stored or sent.
We do not use this form for marketing. Avoid photos of people, identity documents or sensitive information. Providing photos is optional; you can call instead.
No information from this preview form is retained by the business. A retention schedule for the future connected service has not yet been set. To request access, correction or deletion, contact marleyg.assessments@icloud.com. You may also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Sending a request does not make a booking. We must review it, you must accept our quote and date, and we must then manually confirm.
